Buying a pushchair for your baby is a special moment! iCandy never accept barriers or limitations, and are never satisfied until what we believe feels right. This is why we probe, push, pull, bite and crash our way through up to nine sets of international standards.

Our passion, sweat and tears go in to our every creation, until we’re certain it enhances each life it touches which is why we have launched our lifetime warranty across our entire range of pushchairs. Our promise to you means you can concentrate on enjoying those special moments with your child.

How to make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims on all of our products will need to be initially processed by one of our registered iCandy stockists. We therefore kindly ask that you contact the stockist where your product was originally purchased and provide them with a description of the problem you are experiencing along with any additional information required (i.e. Serial number, batch number, date of purchase).

If you are unable to contact your original stockist then it may be possible for you to contact another registered stockist in your local area who may be able to assist. Please click the link below to find your nearest stockist: http://www.icandyworld.com/uk/en/stockists

Depending on the product and the type of problem, the stockist should be able to order a replacement part or product, or organise a repair on your behalf. Whether this will be covered under the iCandy product warranty will depend on the terms and conditions listed below.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

This product warranty is our quality promise to you. We guarantee that this product is free from defects in workmanship and manufacturing materials at the time of purchase. During the production process your product was subjected to various quality checks however if despite our best efforts your product shows signs of material or manufacturing fault within the warranty period we will comply with the warranty terms & conditions.

After purchasing your product(s), please keep the original receipt safe in the pocket at the back of the warranty wallet. The date of purchase should be clearly visible so we can check when the product was purchased. We will only offer warranty services under this warranty to customers who can present the original proof of purchase.

Please note that our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair obligations set out below. We do not offer any monetary recompense for any claims under this warranty. However, nothing in this warranty affects any of your statutory rights.

2 Year Product Warranty

Your iCandy products are automatically covered by this warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

This product warranty is currently only valid in the country of purchase.

If your product suffers a fault during the warranty period we will always endeavour to repair or replace like for like. However, we reserve the right to discontinue a model, colour fabric or accessory. If this occurs then we will replace your faulty item with one from our range which is of the nearest colour and value.

Where products or parts are replaced or repaired during the warranty period, this does not extend the warranty beyond the 2 year period from date of original purchase.

The warranty will also apply if your iCandy product(s) are received as a gift. The warranty can be used by the owner of the product at any given time within the warranty period as long as the original proof of purchase can be presented.

What is covered under your 2 year product warranty:

  • All manufacturing faults on the chassis, seat unit framework, and wheels
  • All manufacturing faults on adaptors (seat frame adaptors, carrycot adaptors, car seat adaptors and convertor brackets)
  • Zippers and touch fasteners  (manufacturing fault only)
  • All harness straps (manufacturing fault only)
  • All fabric seams (manufacturing fault only)
  • Colour fastness of all fabrics (manufacturing fault only) 

What your 2 year product warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper use, negligence, misuse or by not following the maintenance instructions
  • In case of use or purpose other than described in the instruction manual
  • If the product is submitted for repair through a retailer / distributor that is not approved or authorised by us
  • If repairs have been carried out by third parties or a retailer who is not authorised or approved by us
  • If the product serial number has been removed
  • If your chassis becomes faulty after or during use with a buggy board or any other accessory that has not been approved by iCandy
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels, chassis and other metal components due to environmental conditions including humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to poor maintenance
  • Damage to handle bar foam and bumper bar foam as a result of normal use
  • Tyre punctures
  • Airline or transport damage. When travelling, immediately check your iCandy product(s) after they have been handled by a transporter (i.e. baggage handlers) and report any damage directly to them

If you feel that there is a problem with your iCandy product(s) then please contact your original approved iCandy retailer. 

Lifetime* Warranty

You are also entitled to upgrade your standard warranty to a lifetime* warranty as per the terms and conditions below. To activate your lifetime* warranty then all you need to do is register your iCandy product(s) with us within 3 months of date of purchase. This applies to all iCandy products (that contain a serial/batch number) purchased from 1st April 2014.

In order to qualify for your lifetime* warranty, you must also arrange for your iCandy pushchair to be serviced 18 - 24 months into your warranty, either through your original iCandy stockist or through our bespoke service packages. Services for your iCandy pushchair will be chargeable

The iCandy Lifetime Warranty will also apply if the product has been received as a gift. The Lifetime Warranty can be used by the owner of the product at any given time within the Lifetime Warranty period as long as the certificate AND original proof of purchase can be presented and the product has been serviced between 18 - 24 months either through your original iCandy stockist or through our bespoke service packages.

Registering your product will allow you to subscribe to the iCandy World newsletter and will provide you with a chance to participate in future product research and development projects.

Additional Information

*Lifetime refers to 48 months based on anthropometrical data of the average child weighing up to 15kg.

The Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all iCandy purchases made from 1st April 2014.
