Online Orders

What communication will I receive regarding my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, outlining the date and time of your order, the items you have purchased, your billing and shipping address, chosen delivery method and payment method. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email with the tracking number, so you can track your order. 

I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If the email hasn’t come through to your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail. If the email is not there, you can call us on 1767604400 to make sure your order has come through to us.

My order has been placed on pre-order. When can I expect it to arrive?

When you order an item on pre-order, the page will state when we expect to fulfil the order. If there are any changes to this date, the item page will be updated to reflect this. You can also check the due date of all pre-order items here. We do charge for pre-order when the order has been placed, not at dispatch. Please note, if your order includes pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched when all items are available.

I am unable to use your website. Are there other ways I can purchase direct from iCandy?

Can I change my order?

You can change your order up until your parcel has been shipped. Please contact us on 1767604400 or fill out the customer contact form to make any changes.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us on 1767604400, or fill out the customer contact form to request for your order to be cancelled.

The product I want is no longer available on your website. Can I still get the item?

Whilst we try our best to ensure all products are available, some older models may be discontinued, and we may not stock the items anymore. Our iCandy approved stockists may hold some stock for older models. You can find your local iCandy stockist by using the Stockist Finder Page here.

How much does a gold service cost?

The gold service costs £200

Is express delivery available for the Gold iService?

No. This is a return and repair service that takes place at the iCandy Repair and Service Centre. Express Delivery Options are not available for this product.

I live outside of Mainland UK, is the Gold iService available to me?

Unfortunately, due to shipping limitations, this service is not available for customers outside of Mainland UK.

What gets serviced as part of the Gold iService package?

The standard Gold service covers your pushchair chassis and main seat unit.

If you wish to add additional parts to your service, then these can be added at point of purchase for an additional cost:

What if I don't have a box to return my pushchair in?

We can supply you with a plain brown box large enough to fit your pushchair. You can choose this option at point of purchase at the cost of £10. This covers the cost of the box and the delivery fee.

If you choose this option, we will ship the flat-packed box to you in advance of your service collection.

What work will be carried out on my pushchair as part of the Gold iService?
  • Free collection and dispatch of your pushchair.
  • Full hand-wash of your chassis. This will remove any dirt or debris from the frame and brakes. The framework of the chassis will be polished and any plastic components will be treated with a back to black product.
  • Brush clean of the seat unit to remove any loose surface dirt.
  • Replacement of any small components, such as rivets and springs, if they have been affected by rust erosion.
  • Full lubrication of any moving parts on the chassis.
  • Service of the rear axle which includes cleaning, removing any old grease / lubricant and then reapplying new lubricant if necessary.
  • Replacement of your iCandy pushchair logo arms.
  • Replacement of all four wheels on your pushchair. They will be replaced with the most current wheels for your particular pushchair model.
  • Replacement of your pushchair handle bar (foam only).

As part of our promise to you, to ensure you have peace of mind, we will also perform some essential safety tests that include:

  • Checking the parking devices (brakes).
  • Checking all folding and locking mechanisms.
  • Checking the 5-point harness.

Once you have purchased your service an iCandy representative will be in contact with you to arrange collection of your pushchair. This will then be booked in for a date of your choice.

Which pushchairs are excluded from the Gold service?

Unfortunately, due to the availability of certain parts, we are unable to offer the Gold iService on the following iCandy products: Orange, Strawberry, Cherry, Apple, Apple jogger, Peach jogger/All-Terrain or any special edition or Designer Collection models.

How long will a gold service take?

Once you have purchased your service an iCandy representative will be in contact with you to arrange collection of your pushchair. This will be booked in for a service slot of your choice.

Your pushchair will be away from you from 3 – 5 working days on average. If you have any special collection or delivery requirements, then let our customer service representative know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If there are any hold ups or additional work that needs to be carried out, we will endeavour to contact you and update you on the situation. 

How much does a Platinum service cost?

The platinum service costs £280

Is express delivery available for the Platinum iService?

  • Full hand-wash of your chassis. This will remove any dirt or debris from the frame and brakes. The framework of the chassis will be polished and any plastic components will be treated with a back to black product.
  • Replacement of any small components, such as rivets and springs, if they have been affected by rust erosion.
  • Full lubrication of any moving parts on the chassis.

How much does an iCandy M.O.T. cost?

The iCandy M.O.T. costs £62

What gets tested as part of the iCandy M.O.T. package?

The iCandy M.O.T. covers your pushchair chassis, main seat unit, elevators and carseat adapters.

What if I don’t have a box to return my pushchair in?

We can supply you with a plain brown box large enough to fit your pushchair. You can choose this option at point of purchase at the cost of £10. This covers the cost of the box and the delivery fee.

If you choose this option, we will ship the flat-packed box to you in advance of your service collection.

What work will be carried out on my pushchair as part of the iCandy M.O.T.?

Your iCandy MOT will consist of a set of predetermined tests inspired by the European safety standards to ensure your pushchair is safe for continued use. The testing will concentrate on the following areas:

  • Restraint System (5-point harness).
  • Parking and Braking devices.
  • Stability (overall balance of the pushchair).
  • Structural Integrity.
  • Strength and durability of attachment devices.

 Your MOT will also include:

  • Free collection and dispatch of your pushchair.
  • Thorough initial inspection of your pushchair.
  • Replacement of any small components (nuts/bolts/bearings etc) that are missing or worn. These parts, if necessary, will be replaced before the MOT testing commences.
  • An official pass certificate on successful completion of the testing.
  • Basic valet.

Once you have purchased your service an iCandy representative will be in contact with you to arrange collection of your pushchair. This will then be booked in for a date of your choice.

Delivery Options & Returns

What delivery options are available if I purchase from your website?
  • Free Delivery Service

iCandy currently offer free delivery for orders over £60 to the mainland UK. We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 5 working days.

 

  • Standard Delivery (Orders under £60)

For orders under £60, a delivery charge of £3.95 will apply to all UK customers. We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 5 working days.

 

  • Express Delivery Service

iCandy HQ are now offering a 'Express Delivery Service' meaning that you can now receive your iCandy products quicker than ever before.

Express Delivery Next working day, for order placed before 4pm or before 3pm on Fridays £7.95.

 

  • Express Delivery Service – AM

The iCandy Express Delivery AM service allows you to guarantee a morning next day delivery for UK customers - freeing up the rest of your day.

For orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Thurs) or before 3pm on Fridays to be received before 12pm the next working day £12.95.

What if I need to return my pushchair for repair or inspection?
  • Warranty repair

You should take your iCandy pushchair, along with your warranty information and original proof of purchase, to the iCandy dealer from which it was purchased. If this is not possible then you can contact iCandy directly or contact another authorised dealer or repair centre who should be able to help you. Whilst the repairs may be carried out by the dealer or repair centre iCandy will cover the costs of the carriage, parts and labour.

 

  • Non-Warranty repair

You should take your iCandy pushchair to the iCandy dealer from which it was purchased. If this is not possible then you can contact iCandy directly or contact another authorised dealer or repair centre who should be able to help you. Any repairs, carriage and labour will be chargeable. All costs will be advised before works are carried out.

What if I need a spare part for my product?
  • Warranty spares

You should contact the iCandy dealer from which it was purchased with your warranty information and original proof of purchase. If this is not possible then you can contact iCandy directly or contact another authorised dealer or repair centre who should be able to help you.

We will then make arrangements to ship the spare parts to the iCandy dealer or directly to your home address depending on the nature of the repair needed. iCandy will cover the costs of the carriage and parts.

 

  • Non-Warranty Spares

You should contact the iCandy dealer from which it was purchased. If this is not possible then you can contact iCandy directly or contact another authorised dealer or repair centre who should be able to help you.

We will then make arrangements to ship the spare parts to the iCandy dealer or directly to your home address depending on the nature of the repair needed. All parts and carriage will be chargeable, and payments must be made before parts are shipped.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
  • Purchased from an authorised iCandy stockist:

You should contact the iCandy dealer from which it was purchased, as soon as possible, with your warranty information and original proof of purchase. They will advise you of their returns policy and will advise next steps. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

  • Purchased direct from iCandy:

iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Collection can be arranged by iCandy which will incur costs of £10 from your refund amount.

We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

Please call our Customer Services Team on 01767 604400 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.

Warranty

How do I activate my iCandy Warranty?

You don't need to do anything to activate your 5 year warranty - just keep hold of your proof of purchase.

How long is my iCandy pushchair covered under Warranty?

Each iCandy pushchair is conceived, crafted, engineered and tested far above and beyond the necessary standards to ensure that it provides an experience unmatched by any other product, and now we have introduced the 5 year warranty to back this up, starting with products purchased from the 1st of January 2019.

What does the iCandy warranty cover?

iCandy warrants that your new iCandy Pushchair will be free from defects in material or workmanship. If any defects of this nature should occur within the warranty period iCandy will make any repairs, using new parts, to put right any problems free of charge.

Are all components of my pushchair covered under warranty for 5 years?

iCandy will cover the hard-good components of a new iCandy pushchair for 5 years from the original date of purchase from an authorised iCandy dealer. This includes any additional seat units or carrycots if being used in double/twin mode.

However, due to the natural wear and tear of some components there are some exceptions to the 5 year warranty:

  • The tyres – these are covered for 3 years for manufacturing faults only.
  • Any fabrics or soft goods including handle grips and bumper bar covers - these are covered for 2 years for manufacturing faults only.
  • Any accessories such as Cup holders, Adapters, clamps, parasols, footmuffs, seat liners, bags, flavour packs, duo pods, travel bags and companion packs – These are covered for 1 year for manufacturing faults only.
What is not covered by the iCandy warranty?

The iCandy warranty does not cover damage due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Misuse of the pushchair such as running, mounting/dismounting kerbs incorrectly, overloading etc. You’ll find proper usage described in the instruction manual.
  • Events such as airline damage, damage in car collision, theft, etc
  • Pushchairs categorised as a 'total loss' or 'insurance write off'
  • Alterations, modifications or tampering
  • Damage or surface corrosion from environmental conditions such as acid rain, salt, road hazards, hail, wind, storms and lightning.
  • Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc

 

The iCandy warranty does also not cover damage due to a lack of maintenance, such as:

  • If the product is submitted for repair through a dealer or repair centre that is not approved or authorised by iCandy.
  • If your chassis becomes faulty after or during use with a buggy board or any other accessory that has not been approved by iCandy.
  • The use of inferior quality parts not approved by iCandy.
  • Normal deterioration such as tyre wear.
  • Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discolouration, fading, rust erosion or deformation.
  • Surface damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents or chips.
  • Gradual wearing of mechanical components in proportion to age and usage of the product.
What is my responsibility as a customer in terms of the iCandy warranty?

Customers must use and maintain their iCandy pushchair properly and should regularly carry out the following basic maintenance practices and checks:

  • Inspections for any loose components (and maintenance if required)

  • After use in certain adverse conditions, extra special care should be taken to protect your iCandy pushchair. This includes:
  • Cleaning excess mud or debris from brakes or wheels
  • Ensuring that the product is fully dried and aired
  • Cleaning and removal of any gritting salt or sea water residue

Are spare parts covered under the iCandy warranty?

iCandy warrants that any genuine iCandy spare parts will be free from defects in material or workmanship.

Parts supplied free during the warranty period:

  • Parts supplied or replaced by an authorised iCandy dealer or repair centre will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

 

Parts purchased outside of the warranty policy:

  • Parts supplied or replaced by an authorised iCandy dealer or repair centre outside of the warranty policy will be covered for 24 months from the date they were purchased.
How do I activate my iCandy Warranty?

You don't need to do anything to activate your 10 year warranty - just keep hold of your proof of purchase.

How long is my iCandy MiChair covered under Warranty?

The iCandy MiChair will now be offered with a staggering 10 year warranty - a testament to the design and engineering excellence that have become synonymous with our first high chair.

What does the iCandy warranty cover?

iCandy warrants that your new iCandy MiChair will be free from defects in material or workmanship. If any defects of this nature should occur within the warranty period iCandy will make any repairs, using new parts, to put right any problems free of charge.

Are all components of my MiChair covered under warranty for 10 years?

iCandy will cover the hard-good components of a new iCandy highchair for 10 consecutive years from the original date of purchase from an authorised iCandy dealer. This includes any components used in nursery chair and rocking chair mode.

However, due to the natural wear and tear of some components there are some exceptions to the 10 year warranty:

  • Comfort packs - these are covered for 2 Years for manufacturing faults only.
  • Newborn Pod – these are covered for 2 Years for manufacturing faults only.
What is not covered by the iCandy warranty?

The iCandy warranty does not cover damage due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Misuse of the highchair. You’ll find proper usage described in the instruction manual.
  • Alterations, modifications or tampering
  • Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc

 

The iCandy warranty does also not cover damage due to a lack of maintenance, such as:

  • If the product is submitted for repair through a dealer or repair centre that is not approved or authorised by iCandy.
  • If your highchair becomes faulty after or during use with any accessory that has not been approved by iCandy.
  • The use of inferior quality parts not approved by iCandy.
  • Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discolouration.
  • Surface damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents or chips.
  • Gradual wearing of components in proportion to age and usage of the product.
What is my responsibility as a customer in terms of the iCandy warranty?

Customers must use and maintain their iCandy highchair properly and should regularly carry out the following basic maintenance practices and checks:

  • Inspections for any loose components (and maintenance if required)
  • Cleaning of components and parts
  • Checking of harness

If there are any concerns that arise from the routine maintenance then you should contact an authorised iCandy dealer, repair centre or iCandy customer services immediately for advice.
