Our Approach

Our Approach

Quality, Innovation, Heritage and Style are the four core principles of the iCandy brand and drive our desire to consistently create products that are both beautiful on the outside and engineered to perfection on the inside. Fundamentally, every product we make is built to provide the highest standard of safety, quality, and innovation, all whilst reflecting personal style.

Providing the highest quality and safety ensured products is integral to iCandy’s DNA. Our rigorous testing programme ensures that every component is built to last, offering you ultimate peace of mind that you are choosing the best pushchair for you and your family. When you choose an iCandy we are confident that you are choosing quality, safety and functionality. That’s why we are committed to offering a 5 year warranty across our entire range of pushchairs.

Established in London almost 90 years ago, iCandy is now a fourth generation family business and our business is families. We fully recognise that our responsibilities extend beyond iCandy and we take responsibility for looking after the well-being of families throughout their parenting journey. We welcome opportunities where we can help to make a difference for those who might be struggling, through various initiatives with Great Ormond Street Hospital.

iCandy’s in-house British design team refuses to compromise or accept limitations when it comes to style, design and engineering. Our dedication to creating products that push boundaries has not only been recognised with a Queen’s Award in International Trade but also a Queen’s Award for Innovation. iCandy is the only pushchair brand to have been awarded a Queens Award. Innovation is the very essence of iCandy and what makes us unique, not just at home within the UK but also around the world.

Established in London in 1933, the iCandy family business began as a fashion design and manufacturing company in London, sourcing the very finest quality materials. This unique, deep-rooted design and manufacturing heritage can still be seen within features of our products today.
