Returns

iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Collection can be arranged by iCandy which will incur costs of £10 from your refund amount.

For items returned outside the 30 day cooling off period we can collect the item at a standard cost of £10.00 from mainland UK. Return costs for Ireland will be quoted at the time of your enquiry. You can return the item via Royal Mail at your own cost. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery from Royal Mail. Please note you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Please be advised, that as above, you will need to obtain an iCandy return reference number, which will need to be enclosed in the parcel, before posting the item back to us.

Please call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1767 604400 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.

For all other orders customers will need to return the item at their own cost, unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.

Once again you need to obtain a returns number from Customer Services to complete your returns form and the item/s must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
