Overview

Your Gold iService will include:

  • Free collection and dispatch of your pushchair.
  • Full hand-wash of your chassis. This will remove any dirt or debris from the frame and brakes. The framework of the chassis will be polished and any plastic components will be treated with a back to black product.
  • Brush clean of the seat unit to remove any loose surface dirt.
  • Replacement of any small components, such as rivets and springs, if they have been affected by rust erosion.
  • Full lubrication of any moving parts on the chassis.
  • Service of the rear axle which includes cleaning, removing any old grease / lubricant and then reapplying new lubricant if necessary.
  • Replacement of your iCandy pushchair logo arms.
  • Replacement of all four wheels on your pushchair. They will be replaced with the most current wheels for your particular pushchair model.
  • Replacement of your pushchair handle bar (like for like).

iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Collection can be arranged by iCandy which will incur costs of £10 from your refund amount.

For items returned outside the 14 day cooling off period we can collect the item at a standard cost of £10.00 from mainland UK. Return costs for Ireland will be quoted at the time of your enquiry. You can return the item via Royal Mail at your own cost. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery from Royal Mail. Please note you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Please be advised, that as above, you will need to obtain an iCandy return reference number, which will need to be enclosed in the parcel, before posting the item back to us.

Please call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1767 604400 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.

For all other orders customers will need to return the item at their own cost, unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.

Once again you need to obtain a returns number from Customer Services to complete your returns form and the item/s must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Faulty goods

We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

Delivery coverage

iCandy will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales only, excluding Scottish Islands. There may be extended delivery times in some areas. We currently do not deliver or collect from BFPO.

Free UK delivery for orders over £60

Excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders for Ireland will be charged a flat delivery charge of £25).
