Submit CViCandy World Ltd is a fast growing pushchair manufacturer based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We manufacture and sell our very high end and designer lead brand worldwide.
An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Team Advisor, to work within our small, friendly, customer service department.
This is a very busy and important role, being the first point of contact for our customers and retailers and predominantly involves dealing with high numbers of queries and complaints, via email and telephone, details below:
- Answering all product related customer service emailed enquiries and complaints, in a timely and professional manner (experience preferred), to adhere to all relevant retailer KPI’s
- Dealing with follow up calls from email responses
- Assisting with all general customer service administration within the team
- Entering orders, checking availability and prices of products
A high level of spelling and grammar, as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential
You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, as well as acting as a liaison between departments.
The successful candidate must be computer literate, well organised and have an excellent telephone manner. (Experience of using Halo software or a CRM ticket system and Business Central would be beneficial)
A quick learner, you must be able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
