If you’re thinking about passing on your pram or pushchair, booking an iService can ensure it’s in peak condition for its next little passenger. From safety checks and replacements to a professional clean and polish, our team gives your iCandy a fresh lease of life, making it ideal for resale or donation.
The iService program features three packages designed to cater to various requirements:
- MOT iService Package
- Gold iService Package
- Platinum iService Package
Each package includes a thorough inspection and servicing by iCandy's dedicated team of technicians at iCandy headquarters. In addition to the standard servicing, essential safety tests will be conducted to ensure the pushchair meets the highest safety standards. These tests include checking parking devices (brakes), all folding and locking mechanisms, and the 5-point harness.
To sell, donate, or recycle?
Whether you choose to sell or donate; you're contributing to a more sustainable future and helping another family experience the joy of iCandy.
Sell: Selling your iCandy product can help you recoup some of your initial investment. If your product has been well-maintained and recently serviced, there’s good demand for high-quality pre-loved iCandy models.
Donate: Alternatively, donating your pushchair is a beautiful way to give back. Consider donating to local charities, women’s shelters, or community centres that support new parents in need. A well-loved iCandy can make a real difference in someone’s life. Organisations such as Family2family and Goodwill welcome such donations. A representative from Family2family shared, "Your pram donations help provide essential items to families in low-income situations, ensuring every child has access to basic necessities."
Recycle vs binning: Can you recycle a pram or pushchair? Yes! Many local recycling centres accept pushchairs. Check with your nearest facility to ensure they can process it. Recycling helps prevent adding to landfill waste.

As a last resort, if your pushchair is broken beyond repair, take it to a proper disposal site. Never fly-tip; it’s illegal and harmful to the environment.
Buying used vs New

Here's how to verify a genuine iCandy:
- Look for the serial number: All genuine iCandy products have a unique serial number, usually found on the chassis.
- Branded packaging: If you’re receiving your item in its original packaging, check for official iCandy branding and correct model labelling.
- Branding placements: iCandy logos should be clearly visible and correctly positioned on the chassis, seat unit and accessories.
- Compare colours and details: Check that fabric colours, frame finishes and component styles match what’s shown on our website or at authorised retailers.
- Check for missing or modified features: Use our website to compare product features. Missing safety elements or mismatched parts could indicate non-genuine or incomplete products.
- Ask for proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation can help confirm authenticity and original ownership.
