Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about the warranty and support.

How long is the iCandy pushchair warranty?

iCandy pushchairs manufactured on or after 1 April 2026 have a 10 year warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Do I need to register my pushchair for the warranty?

No. No warranty registration is required. You only need to keep your proof of purchase.

What does the 10 year warranty cover?

Your pushchair and all components supplied as part of it, including the chassis, frame, wheels, tyres, seat units, carrycots, fabrics, hoods, harnesses, baskets, handles and mechanisms, against manufacturing defects. Additional seat units or carrycots bought in the same purchase share the same start date.

What is not covered?

Normal wear and ageing, cosmetic damage such as scratches and stains, accidental damage, misuse, theft or write-offs, environmental exposure such as sand and salt, modifications, unauthorised repairs or parts, and faults caused by inadequate maintenance. Accessories are covered by their own warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

In years 1 to 5, contact the authorised iCandy retailer you bought from with your proof of purchase and details of the fault. In years 6 to 10, contact iCandy Customer Services directly with proof of purchase, product details and a description of the fault. We may ask for photos or video. Please do not send a product back unless we ask you to.

What will iCandy do if a defect is confirmed?

At no charge to you, iCandy will repair the defective component, or replace it where repair is not reasonably possible. Where needed, we may use an equivalent or higher standard component, or an equivalent product from the current range. Parts, labour and carriage within the UK are covered for approved claims.

Can I pass the warranty on if I sell or give away my pushchair?

Yes. The warranty transfers with the pushchair, along with the original proof of purchase. The new owner receives the remainder of the original 10 year period; it does not restart.

What counts as proof of purchase?

A copy, electronic receipt or other evidence that identifies the product, the authorised retailer and the original purchase date.

Does the warranty affect my statutory rights?

No. The warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
