We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Aftersales Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our Biggleswade Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone inquiries and provide valuable technical guidance to our customers.
• Efficiently manage incoming emails, addressing spare parts orders and resolving technical queries promptly.
• Accurately pick and pack spare parts, process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Continually measure and analyse web traffic and engagement.
• Perform basic quality control checks on incoming products.
• Contribute to the preparation and packing for trade and consumer shows held throughout the year.
• Assist with product reworks and support the technical team when required, including hands-on product repair.
• Collaborate in stocktaking activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Exhibit a courteous and professional telephone manner and have experience in customer interactions.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technical concepts and be comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
• Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Exhibit effective problem-solving skills and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
• Skill in managing workloads effectively
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and good written English skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
