A message from iCandy: Peach 7 Safety Notice
We’re letting you know that as part of our ongoing quality checks, we’ve identified a potential issue affecting a small number of iCandy Peach 7 pushchairs.
In rare cases, the folding hub may separate on one or both sides of the chassis, which could present a low risk of injury. We’re taking this seriously and are acting quickly to resolve it.
Importantly, you do not need to stop using your Peach 7 if it passes a simple visual check. Here’s what to do:
Step 1
Please carry out basic checks on your pushchair as part of your regular maintenance routine, including checking both folding hubs for any visible separation of the plastic parts.
Step 2
If you do notice a gap like the one shown in the second image, we recommend you stop using your pushchair and get in touch with our Customer Services team via this link.
You will be asked to provide your serial number, batch number and date of purchase – you can find these in one of the following locations:
- the basket bar of your pushchair chassis
- the baseboard of the carrycot
- the back of the seat unit (behind the zipped pouch)
- the outer box (next to the barcode)

ORANGE 4 VOLUNTARY RECALL
ALL ORANGE 4 SOLD BETWEEN APRIL 2024 AND 2nd JULY 2024
We want to assure our customers that any Orange products purchased after 2nd July 2024 are not subject to the voluntary recall. If your fork looks like the below image and has this mark, then your product is fine.

iCandy Peach 7 Car Seat Adaptor Compatibility Update
At iCandy, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the best options and compatibility for their products. We are excited to announce a recent improvement to our iCandy Peach 7 car seat adaptors, designed to enhance compatibility with a wider range of car seats. This update ensures that you have even more choices available when using your Peach 7 stroller.
What's Changed?
With this enhancement, some of the older car seat adaptors are no longer compatible with the newest car seats, including the iCandy Cocoon. To help you easily identify the difference, simply look at the profile of the adaptors:
- Older Adaptor: Has a thicker profile.
- New Adaptor: Features a slimmer profile.

Checking Compatibility
If you've purchased a Peach 7 stroller and an iCandy Cocoon car seat, it's essential to ensure that your adaptors are compatible. Please note: If you have the older adaptors, they are not compatible with your iCandy Cocoon car seat. DO NOT use them to attach the iCandy Cocoon to your Peach 7 stroller. Your child's safety is our top priority.

iCandy Swivel Bumper Bar Upgrade
Customer feedback is extremely important to iCandy and is invaluable when it comes to enhancing the overall performance of our pushchairs in the pursuit of perfection.
Through extensive user trials and from valuable customer feedback, it has been brought to our attention that improvements could be made to the hinged swivel bumper bar design on both the iCandy Peach and iCandy Orange pushchairs, to enhance both functionality and product satisfaction. In response to this and as part of our ongoing innovation-promise and quality improvement programme iCandy’s team of dedicated in-house UK designers have worked on enhancing the hinged swivel bumper bar mechanism for complete product satisfaction.
To help identify if your bumper bar is eligible for an upgrade, look for a noticeable 'swivel' hinged mechanism on both ends of the arm of your current bumper bar, where you may also notice a slight cosmetic 'gap' at the mechanism join.

iCandy Bumper Bar User Guide
The iCandy’s innovative swivel hinged bumper bar is designed to ensure your child’s safety at all times while making the parenting journey as smooth as possible. The double swivel hinge design enables parents to partially remove the bumper bar at either end, enabling an easy transition of baby in and out of both the seat unit and carry cot. It is advised that all users of the bumper bar safely swivel the arm always away from baby's face, directing the angle of movement from the baby's waist and down.

iCandy Lime Wheels Upgrade
Customer feedback is extremely important to iCandy and is invaluable when it comes to enhancing the overall performance of our pushchairs in the pursuit of perfection.
It was brought to our attention that improvements could be made to the front wheels of the iCandy Lime pushchair in order to enhance manoeuvrability and ensure a seamlessly smooth ride for parent and child. In response to this and as part of our innovation promise and our refusal to accept limitation when it comes to style and design, iCandy’s team of dedicated designers have worked on developing the wheel mechanism for complete product satisfaction.
The new iCandy Lime Lifestyle front wheels (in black) are now available should you wish to upgrade completely free-of-charge. Simply click the button below to apply. To be eligible for the upgrade you will need to have the original Lime in either; Onyx, Cedar, Glacier, Mulberry, Turmeric, Stone and Lime, with the original Lime wheels in black, as shown below.
Peach 2018 bumper bar safety notice
It has recently been identified that a very limited number of iCandy Peach bumper bars are missing a plastic cap which results in there being a small hole in the bumper bar, visible at either side of the base of the hinge mechanism.
It should be noted that this hole is only visible when the bumper bar has been completely removed and levered back on one side.
There has been an extremely limited number of reports of this occurring since the Peach 2018’s commercially launch in March 2018, but as part of our duty of care to all our customers we are instructing all Peach users to check their bumper bars. This can be done quickly by removing and assessing the bumper bar, see video below for reference. Please ensure you inspect both ends of the bumper bar.
Please be assured if your Peach bumper bar has both caps in place there is no risk at a later date of an issue occurring.
As with all iCandy products, extensive testing above and beyond the requirements of safety standards, including user trials were carried out at the time of Peach 2018’s launch. During the process of formal certification and due diligence, no fault was found with the bumper bar.
