1) General

(a) The iCandy Family Loyalty Programme is promoted by iCandy World Limited (company number 00282792) whose registered office is at iCandy World Limited, Montgomery Way, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, England, SG18 8UB (“we”, “us”, “our” or “iCandy”).

(b) To join the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme, create an account on our rewards page located on icandyworld.com. Once you have created an account, you will automatically be enrolled as a member of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme.

(c) By becoming a member of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, or wish to delete your account, please contact our customer service team.

(d) These terms may change at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme by email and/or through notices on our website. Please check these terms regularly for updates.

2) What is the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme?

The iCandy Family Loyalty Programme is a loyalty scheme that rewards members for completing certain actions and activities.

Membership is free and allows members to earn points which can be redeemed for rewards when shopping on our website.

3) Who can be a member of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme?

(a) To be a member you must:

(i) be 18 years old or older;
(ii) be an individual using the programme for personal use only; and
(iii) have a valid email address linked to an account on our website.

(b) You can create an account by:

(i) visiting our website and selecting “Create Account”; and
(ii) completing the registration form with your name, email address and password.

4) How does enrolment work?

(a) You will automatically be enrolled in the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme once you create an account on our website.

(b) You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when creating your account is accurate. If your details change, please contact our customer service team to update your information.

(c) You may only hold one account per person. If multiple accounts are created, we reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

5) How does the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme work?

(a) The iCandy Family Loyalty Programme works in two ways:

(i) Members earn points that can be redeemed for vouchers or other rewards once the required number of points has been reached; and

(ii) Points accumulated may also contribute towards tier status, which can unlock additional benefits.

Redeeming points for rewards will not normally affect your tier status unless otherwise stated.

(b) Members can view their points balance, tier status and available rewards by visiting the loyalty section within their account.

6) Reward Points

(a) Members can receive Reward Points for completing certain activities, which may include:

Creating an account
Making purchases on our website
Submitting optional information such as your baby’s due date
Leaving product reviews
Participating in promotional activities or referral programmes
Other actions we may introduce from time to time

(b) To receive Reward Points when making a purchase online, you must be logged into your account at checkout.

(c) Reward Points are usually awarded shortly after the qualifying action is completed but may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

(d) If you believe points have not been applied correctly after 30 days, please contact our sales support team.

(e) Reward Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity refers to a period in which no points have been earned or redeemed.

(f) If an order that earned Reward Points is returned, refunded, cancelled or partially refunded, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable Reward Points from your account. If the points have already been redeemed, we may adjust your points balance or cancel any associated rewards.

(g) Reward Points are calculated based on the final order value after discounts and excluding delivery charges, taxes and gift cards.

(h) Providing optional information such as a baby’s due date is voluntary and may be used to personalise loyalty rewards or communications as part of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme. This information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(i) Referral Programme
Where the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme includes a referral feature, members may earn Reward Points or rewards for referring new customers to iCandy.
Referrals must be genuine, personal recommendations made to individuals who have not previously made a purchase from iCandy.

The following activities are not permitted:

any activity that we consider to be fraudulent or abusive

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards, remove Reward Points, or suspend accounts where we believe the referral programme has been misused.

(j) Technical Errors
From time to time, technical or system errors may result in incorrect Reward Points being credited to or deducted from your account.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, including adjusting Reward Points balances, cancelling rewards issued in error, or reversing transactions where points were incorrectly applied.

We will act reasonably and notify you where appropriate if such adjustments are made.

(k) Points Earning Rate
Reward Points are earned based on qualifying spend and actions as defined by iCandy. Unless otherwise stated, points are awarded at a rate of one (1) point per £1 spent.

Reward Points do not have a fixed monetary value and the rate at which points can be redeemed for rewards may differ from the rate at which they are earned.

7) Redeeming Rewards

(a) Rewards may include discount vouchers, exclusive offers, early access to products, or other benefits. Available rewards may change from time to time.

(b) Once you have earned enough points, you will be able to redeem rewards through the loyalty section of your account.

(d) Rewards:
(i) may be one-time use only unless otherwise stated
(ii) are non-transferable unless under exceptional circumstances
(iii) cannot be exchanged for cash
(iv) cannot be sold or resold
(v) may not be used in conjunction with other discount codes unless stated otherwise
(vi) are granted at our sole discretion
(vii) cannot be used to fully cover the total value of an order, and a remaining balance may be required to complete a purchase

(e) Points balances may be adjusted where necessary due to returns, refunds, cancelled orders or account corrections.

(f) Reward Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents. Reward Points may only be redeemed for rewards made available through the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme, and redemption values may vary from the rate at which points are earned.

8) Membership Tiers

(a) Members may progress through different tier levels depending on the number of points they earn within a membership year.

Each tier may offer additional benefits such as:

Early access to product launches
Exclusive offers
Invitations to special events or experiences
Priority customer benefits

(b) Members will begin in the entry tier when joining the programme.

(c) Tier status is calculated based on points earned within a 12-month membership period starting from the date you join.

(d) At the end of each membership year, your tier status may be reviewed and adjusted based on points earned during that period.

(e) Points earned through purchases that are returned or refunded may be removed, which may impact your tier status.

(f) We reserve the right to remove members from tiers or terminate accounts where activity is fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these terms.

9) Changes to the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme

(a) We reserve the right to modify or update the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme at any time. This may include changes to:

how points are earned
how rewards are redeemed
tier benefits
eligible actions or promotions

(b) Any significant changes will be communicated through email, updates to our website or revisions to these terms.

(d) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of any programme closure. Upon termination, any unused Reward Points may expire after a period specified by us.

10) Responsibility for loss or damage

(a) We are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of our breach of these terms unless the loss is:

(i) unforeseeable
(ii) caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
(iii) avoidable by reasonable action on your part
(iv) related to business use rather than personal use

(b) We are not responsible for any loss of rewards or points resulting from fraudulent activity, misuse of the programme, or breach of these terms.

11) Events outside our control

If the operation of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme is affected by events outside our reasonable control, we will notify members as soon as reasonably possible.

12) Closing your Account

Membership of the iCandy Family Loyalty Programme is linked to your website account.

If you wish to close your account or opt out of the loyalty programme, please contact our customer service team who will assist you.

13) Governing Terms and Privacy

(a) The iCandy Family Loyalty Programme operates in conjunction with our standard website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your participation in the programme.
