An Update to iCandy Customers

As we enter a national 4 week lockdown we would like to reassure our customers during this challenging time that iCandy’s operations are running largely as normal, with the health and safety of our customers and employees at the forefront. We have highlighted key areas where you may have questions:


iC Expert Appointments

If you would like to chat through your pushchair options then as of Monday 9th November you can enjoy a virtual appointment with an iCandy Expert who will be able to offer advice and confidence boosting tips. Simply book a digital appointment for a one-to-one personal online shopping experience with a member of our knowledgeable team.


They will help you to navigate the iCandy website, highlighting when products are available directly or to shop locally from one of our iCandy specialist independent stores.


Blue Light Card

As a gesture of thanks for keeping us safe, healthy and supported, especially now, iCandy has partnered with Blue Light Card, which provides discounts for the NHS, emergency services and armed forces. They are always there for us, so we want to be there for them.


Members of the scheme have access to 5% online discount across our range of designer pushchairs and accessories. We hope that this offering, from the iCandy family to the families of the blue light community, will bring an element of hope at this time.

Customer Services

As per government guidelines, the majority of iCandy staff remain working remotely, yet this has not diversely impacted our services in any way and customers can still contact our Customer Services team during working hours via email: We do still ask for your patience at this time.



Deliveries remain operating on time and returns are being processed as normal. iCandy is supporting our independent retailers and will be actively helping where possible by providing drop shipping to fulfil their customer orders directly.


Stock Levels

We are pleased to say that we are not experiencing any stock issues on your iCandy favourites and are endeavoring to ensure this remains the case.



Whether you are trying to stay active or your usual method of public transport is not currently possible, we recognise that your pushchair is now relied upon more than ever. As such iCandy is continuing to carry out repairs, however this is on an essential-works only basis in order to protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers.


iCandy M.O.T’s and iServices will be up and running as soon as possible but only when we are satisfied that it is viable, safe, and to government guidelines for more members of the team to return to the repairs centre.


If your pushchair requires an essential repair*, we would like to reassure you that the following measures are in place for your protection and that of our repairs centre team:


  • We are continuing to adhere to strict hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing.


  • Overall cleaning across our warehouse and repairs centre has been increased with a focus on high-touch points.


  • Gloves will be worn to carry out essential repair work. Gloves will be changed, and hands washed between every pushchair repair.

*An essential repair is a repair that needs to be carried out immediately for functional or safety reasons


During this difficult time, we are operating with even more vigilance and care and will strive to continue to be a source of support during your parenthood journey.
