Is the iCandy Cocoon car seat compatible with my iCandy pushchair?

Is the iCandy Cocoon car seat and ISOFIX base compatible with my car?

The iCandy 360 ISOFIX Base is only compatible with the Cocoon 360 car seat and cannot be used with the standard Cocoon car seat.

The iCandy 360 ISOFIX Base is compatible with suitable ISOFIX-equipped vehicles. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, please check your vehicle handbook or contact your vehicle manufacturer.

What age does the Cocoon car seat go up to?

The Cocoon car seat is suitable from birth up to approximately 15 months and 13kg.

What type of harness is used on the Cocoon car seat?

The Cocoon car seat features a 5-point safety harness with a press/click button release. The harness can be easily adjusted to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for your child.

How long can a baby be in a car seat?

Babies should not remain in a car seat for unnecessarily long periods. For longer journeys, regular breaks should be taken to allow your baby to be removed from the car seat and change position.

Can a Cocoon car seat go in the front seat?

Where possible, child car seats should be installed in the rear of the vehicle. If a rear-facing child car seat is installed on the front passenger seat, the passenger airbag must be deactivated. Always follow the instructions provided with your car seat and vehicle.

What should I do if I have put my car seat in the base the wrong way round?

Please refer to the Cocoon car seat and ISOFIX base instruction manual before attempting to remove or reposition the seat. If you are unable to safely release the car seat, contact iCandy Customer Services for assistance.

How do I clean my Cocoon car seat fabrics?

Removable fabrics should be hand washed in accordance with the care instructions provided. Fabrics that cannot be removed should be wiped clean only.

Yes. Regularly maintaining and inspecting your Cocoon car seat and ISOFIX base helps ensure they continue to perform as intended.

Can I transfer my warranty?

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Are there any exceptions to my warranty?

The fabrics on your car seat have a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.
