Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for growing the iCandy business in the region; managing existing retail accounts and exploring new opportunities to drive revenue for the business:

• Management of an established network of independent retailers across Ireland
• Management of several international distributor accounts remotely
• Management of the Mothercare Ireland account
• Working towards ambitious yet attainable sales targets by working collaboratively with your retail accounts and cultivating robust relationships with them, in order to achieve the company and regional sales goals
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Monthly forecasting
• Daily visits to retail accounts
• Working closely with internal departments such as marketing and operations to ensure cross-function alignment.
• Revue of new business leads and reporting back to senior management
• Day to day administration of the retail accounts
• Delivering a full year plan for each of your accounts which will include marketing activations and commercial promotions

• A proven, positive track record within a field-based sales role – evidence of hitting and exceeding targets
• Ideally from a luxury nursery product background
• Excel proficient
