Lullaby Lunges and Rocking Squats – Working the Legs
Walking Lunges with a pushchair are perfect for those trying to loose baby weight. By using the resistance of your baby / toddler in the pushchair you will get your heart pumping and burn fat fast.
Step forward and bend your legs into a lunge, push up with the same leg and immediately step forward with the alternate leg, and repeat as seen in the video below.
Start with your feet hip-width apart, bend your knees in to a squat position with your knees over your toes, holding onto the pushchair and rolling it out on the way down then back in again on the way up.
