Dear iCandy Customer

The iCandy Raspberry has proved to be a great hit and is loved by the vast majority of customers, however we do not want to overlook any concerns that have been raised.

A number of comments received have related to noise from the storage pod and we have worked tirelessly to address these concerns.

As a result we have now tested a new pod material and anti-vibration pad that have both proved successful in trials. The new pods and pads will be available to customers free of charge from mid-September and are easy to replace by hand.

If you are unhappy with the noise from your current pod, please email customer services (customerservices@icandyuk.com) with your name and address and we will send you a new pod and pad as soon as they arrive into iCandy HQ.
