Dear iCandy Family,
Due to the UK Government allowing non-essential shops to open as part of the easing of lockdown restrictions, you can now experience iCandy at your local retailer.
Use our retailer finder to locate your nearest iCandy stockist. Due to continued health and safety precautions, we advise contacting the store in advance of your visit.
Customers are still able to buy products online and contact our Customer Service team during working hours. Please do be patient whilst our team respond to the ever-evolving situation. iCandy Essential Repair Works Update
Whether you are trying to stay active or your usual method of public transport is not currently possible, we recognise that your pushchair is now relied upon more than ever. As such iCandy is continuing to carry out repairs, however this is on an essential-works only basis in order to protect the health and well-being of our staff and customers.
iCandy M.O.T’s and iServices will be up and running as soon as possible but only when we are satisfied that it is viable, safe, and to government guidelines for more members of the team to return to the repairs centre.
If your pushchair requires an essential repair*, we would like to reassure you that the following measures are in place for your protection and that of our repairs centre team:
- We are continuing to adhere to strict hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing.
- Overall cleaning across our warehouse and repairs centre has been increased with a focus on high-touch points.
- Gloves will be worn to carry out essential repair work. Gloves will be changed, and hands washed between every pushchair repair.
