iCandy is a fast growing nursery company based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We manufacture and sell our very high end and designer lead brand all over the UK, US, Australia & Europe.

An opportunity has arisen for a ‘Sales Support Executive’ to support the International and UK sales team.

Responsibilities and Skills required –

The successful candidate must possess good computer skills, be proficient in Word and Excel, demonstrate attention to detail, be well organised and have an excellent telephone manner. EDI & Merlin knowledge would be beneficial, aswould previous customer service or sales experience.

You will be required to undertake sales support calls, complaint handling and dealing with all aspects of UK and International export sales orders.

You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, as well as liaising between departments.

A quick learner, you must be able to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.

iCandy offers a Hybrid Working Policy which, after completion of the probationary period, entitles staff to work from home on an agreed number of days per week. Until reaching the end of the probationary period, this role is office based 5 days a week.
