The Job:

As an experienced IT Technician, you will be the go-to person for end user desktop support. You will be responding to enquiries from colleagues and help resolve both hardware and software problems. You will support with diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to IT which will include desktop, laptop, mobile phones, tablets, network issues, printers, and cloud IT.

You will work with the IT manager to assist in or complete projects of varying sizes, giving you experience in different technologies and working with the current and new technology.

You must be comfortable working alone or part of a team able to work independently with little supervision, the IT Manager will be on hand to help with any support cases as required.

With your excellent IT and communication skills, you will be confident supporting the business remain on track to deliver IT solutions. Thinking out the box. Previous experience working within IT is essential, and qualifications or related experience refer below.
