Devon Staycation with the iCandy Lime Lifestyle

 

iCandy has been catching up with Leanne, Matt and baby Willow who are currently enjoying a UK staycation in Salcombe, a beautiful coastal town in South Devon. Accompanying the family on their trip is the iCandy Lime Lifestyle, so the family has taken over the iCandy World Instagram and the iCandy World Blog to share why it’s the perfect travel pushchair!

 

Packing Challenge Accepted

 

Whilst a holiday involving a plane means strictly abiding by luggage limitations, travelling by car -especially with a baby - is a totally different story. From cramming shoes into any available gaps, to seriously considering the purchase of a roof box just for nappies, there is a fine art to car packing. Then there’s the pushchair to consider, how on earth is that going to fit? Well, thankfully the iCandy Lime Lifestyle is the perfect travel companion. Leanne and Matt made the most of the pushchair’s TotalFold system which enables the Lime to fold up with the seat unit and bumper bar still attached. With a compact, free-standing fold achieved, it can then be placed neatly into the car boot.

 

Let’s Go to the Beach

 

Salcombe has a multitude of picturesque beaches, all with golden sand and crystal blue waters – the tricky part will be deciding which one to choose. Leanne, Matt and Willow pitched up at Bantham Beach for the day - part of the designated South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With Leanne and Willow getting the ice creams in, it was down to Matt to find the family the perfect sunny spot for the day. Avoiding the need for multiple trips back to the car he simply carried the iCandy Lime over his shoulder thanks to its handy carrystap, which left free hands for other beach essentials.

Leanne, Matt and Willow timed their trip to Devon perfectly with the arrival of the long-awaited sunshine in the UK. Warm weather can of course be a challenge with a baby and its important to keep them in the shade.
