 To find the serial number for the iCandy Chassis you need to remove the shopping basket. The serial number will be located on one of the stabiliser bars on a white label. It starts with '00000' and is followed by 4 or 5 digits.

The serial number for the iCandy Carrycots can be found on the stabiliser bar on the underside of the Carrycot. It also starts with '00000' and can be found on a white label.
