Before You Buy Your iCandy Stroller

Generally we do not recommend that the Cherry, Apple, Pear or Peach pushchairs are folded with any seat unit(s), carrycot(s) or car seat(s) as this may cause damage to the attachment points on the chassis or seat, carry cot or car seat. Whilst it is possible to fold the Apple chassis with the single seat unit, it is only possible to do this when the seat unit itself is in the fully upright position and facing forwards. If the seat unit is not in this position, folding will damage the seat attachment and recline devices which will result in a chargeable repair.

No. At iCandy we feel so passionately about our brand and our service commitment to you that we have chosen not to sell our products on line. Instead, we have carefully selected a national network of retailers who believe in our service ethics and who we trust to offer you the most personalised experience when selecting and purchasing the right iCandy product for you.

The Apple and Peach chassis can be converted into tandem travel systems with the addition of Pip converter bars and additional seat units/ carrycots. These conversion packs can be ordered from your stockist. The Peach is also available as a tandem from 6 months (Peach Blossom) and a tandem from birth (Peach Blossom Twin). The Pear tandem is also available as a complete unit.

No. The seat units are only suitable for a child who is at least 6 months old & who is able to support their own head. All of the iCandy family of pushchairs feature a dedicated carrycot which is suitable from birth. These can be purchased separately, with the exception of the Cherry Special Edition in Union Jack which comes complete with carrycot & seat unit.

Your pushchair has been tested to ensure it can be used with a child of up to 3 years old maximum weight 15 kg.

Unfortunately no, the Cherry is designed only to be used as a single pushchair.

All our pushchairs have been tested for use with a maximum weight of 15kg in each seat unit.

The Peach main, upper & lower carrycots, Apple carrycot and Cherry carrycot are suitable for overnight sleeping.

Multi-position adjustable handles are a feature of the Apple, Pear and Peach pushchairs. Unfortunately the Cherry pushchair features a fixed handle.

No. We do not recommend that any of our carrycots are used on a stand.

The Cherry, Apple and Pear chassis and single Peach chassis have been safety tested with both the Maxi Cosi Cabrio and Pebble car seats.
The Peach Blossom and Peach Blossom Twin pushchairs cannot be used with 2 Pebble car seats.
Car seat adaptors for the Cherry, Apple, Pear and single Peach are available to order from your local stockist.

Whilst the base colour of the Apple is black, this can easily be accessorised with our co-ordinating Flavour Packs which include a coloured hood and soft core seat snuggle. Also available are our Luxury Superfleece footmuffs and parasols in delicious flavours to bring colour and vibrancy to your life.

After You Buy Your iCandy Stroller

Notify your stockist as soon as possible (within 14 days) of purchase/ receipt of your pushchair who will be able to help you

A large shopping basket is supplied with and is specifically designed for your pushchair which is capable of carrying a maximum load of 5 kg. Although it is tempting to hang bags from the handle bars of the pushchair we would strongly advise against this. The attachment of any additional bags or baskets can have an adverse effect on the stability of your pushchair and can cause premature wear or damage which would not be covered under your warranty.

Yes, but whenever the Apple or Pear bumper bars are removed the bumper bar caps must be fitted to the seat mouldings to prevent the child from pushing food or their fingers into the holes where the bumper bars would be fitted.

We encourage all our customers not only to give feedback on what they love about our products but also what they would like to see changed or improved. Due to this customer feedback the viewing panels are being removed from our products over a set period of time.

No. The Apple seat unit was designed specifically for use on the Apple chassis, not the Pip converter. Although it is possible to physically attach the seat to the Pip, movement of the seat unit is restricted and can cause interference with a second seat or carrycot. Use of the Apple seat unit on the Pip converter will invalidate your warranty.

The Apple and Peach chassis can be converted into tandem travel systems with the addition of Pip converter bars and additional seat units/ carrycots. These conversion packs can be ordered from your stockist.

No. The Apple carrycot can be used with and without the stabiliser bars fitted. If used without, the carrycot adopts a gentle rocking motion as the pushchair is pushed. If used with the bar fitted, the ride is smoother.

Yes, but please make sure when ordering a Pear conversion kit from your stockist that a new front hub is also ordered. Don’t worry, this will be supplied free of charge for the purposes of conversion.

No. We do not recommend any additional boards or platforms are fitted to our chassis as these items may damage the chassis.

Yes. Travel bags for the Cherry, Apple/ Pear and Peach can be ordered from your stockist.

The Apple Cherry, Pear and Peach pushchairs all come with a 2 year warranty on any manufacturing faults to the chassis and seat unit frames. All iCandy accessories, seat fabrics and carrycots have a 6 month warranty. All warranty periods start from the date of purchase, there is a small flap in the back of the warranty booklet to retain your receipt / proof of purchase.

Although our foam material which covers the bumper bars has been tested for bite resistance a determined child may still be able to bite the bumper bar. We would strongly recommend that a child within the pushchair is harnessed in at all times which can restrict access to the bumper bar and that any biting should always be discouraged. If your bumper bar does become damaged, please contact your stockist who will be happy to order a replacement. Please note that where replacement bumper bars are required this is a chargeable service.

If you have an Apple, Peach or Pear chassis a new set of rear wheels may be purchased via your local stockist and easily replaced. If you would like the front wheels of the Apple, Peach or Pear replaced, please contact your stockist who will be able to organise service for you. If you would like any of the wheels on the Cherry replaced, please contact your stockist who will be happy to arrange service for you. Please note that where replacement wheels are required this is a chargeable service.

In the first instance please take your pushchair back to the original place of purchase where our experienced stockists will inspect it for you.

Click on one of the links to download a PDF of the missing instruction manual. Alternatively it may be possible to obtain a copy via the stockist.

No. All queries should be raised with the original stockist as your contract of sale is with them. Please make sure you have your warranty card and original receipt/ proof of purchase. Your stockist will carry out an initial inspection and advise you of the next appropriate course of action.

Unfortunately if your product has been purchased over the internet it is highly likely that it has not been sold through one of our approved stockists and as such any warranty will be invalid. Alternatively the product may be 2nd hand and as the warranty is non transferable, it only applies to the original owner. Spare parts may of course be ordered through any of our approved stockists.

We do not recommend this as it can not only cause damage to the foam on the handle bar and to the bag strap but may also cause premature wear to your rear wheels and suspension and may cause your stroller to become unstable.

In need of repair?

If you have moved away from your stockist since purchasing your pushchair, (but are still resident within the UK) please be advised that you should still contact your original stockist in the first instance, as your contract of sale remains with your place of purchase and they may be able to help you with further advise or with a replacement part. If further action needs to be taken, your stockist will then liaise with iCandy to explore suitable options to resolve the issues as quickly as possible for you.

Should you find you have a problem with your iCandy product, need further advice or a replacement part, the first step is to contact your place of purchase.

Our network of iCandy stockists are carefully selected to offer our customers the after sales support they expect from a brand such as iCandy, and are trained by our own technical team to offer service advice and inspect our products with many stockists also able to carry out repairs for you.

When calling your stockist please ensure you have your batch and serial number of your product to hand and also a copy of your receipt which will confirm your date of purchase.

Your batch and serial number can be found on the basket frame of the Apple, Pear, Cherry, Apple 2 Pear and Peach products, and on the basket board of the iCandy Strawberry. In addition a duplicate label is fixed to your seat unit and your batch and serial number is also visible on the outside of the original box. There is a small flap in the back of your iCandy warranty booklet in which to keep your receipt safe.

Don’t forget to let them know if you registered your product on-line or by post with us as this entitles you to an additional 6 months of cover for your chassis under our manufacturer warranty. This warranty is offered in addition and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please also take a look at the other areas within this iCare section as they contain many frequently asked questions which may help you.

If your stockist was in the UK and has closed down, and your pushchair is still within its manufacturers warranty period (2 years (2 ½ if registered with us within the first 6 months), please contact iCandy Customer Services on 01767 604400, Option 1, or via email at customerservices@icandyuk.com and we will be able to advise you of the options available.

If your stockist has closed down and your pushchair is outside of its manufacturers warranty period of 2 years (2 ½ if registered with us within the first 6 months), please contact an alternative iCandy stockist in your area who will be able to assist you.

You will find details of all iCandy stockists on the ‘Find a Stockist’ section on the iCandy World website.

If your stockist no longer sells iCandy pushchairs, please be advised that this does not affect your statutory rights, as your original contract of sale still remains with your place of purchase and your retailer can still contact iCandy to resolve any problems for you.

New Peach 2 information and advice

The serial number for your Peach pushchair will be on an adhesive label on the basket frame tubing beneath the basket fabric. The basket fabric can be removed by releasing the press studs to find the serial number. Alternatively the batch number is also fixed to the seat board of the main seat unit sold with the chassis.

Yes. We have ensured that there are a number of options available for our existing customers. We have ensured stocks of the current Peach Blossom and Blossom Twin Pip systems will be available for approximately 18 -24 months after the launch of the next generation Peach Blossom to enable our existing customers to upgrade their model in the normal way.

a) For those customers having a Peach pushchair with chassis Batch Numbers up to and including E13698/79 and up to & including serial numbers 00002872 you will be able to upgrade to either the current Peach Blossom or Peach Blossom Twin without any modification to your pushchair. Alternatively you can upgrade with the new Peach Blossom Pip2 system, but can only do this with a modification to your current basket frame and fabric. b) For those customers having an original Peach pushchair with chassis Batch Numbers from E13699/80 and serial numbers 000028273 onwards (date of manufacture 17/07/2011 onwards) you will be able to upgrade to either the current Peach Blossom or Blossom Twin or to the Next Generation Peach Blossom/ Blossom Twin Pip2 system without any further modification as your chassis is already fitted with an amended extended basket frame.

The colours will be the new next generation Peach colours: Black Magic - solid black, Berry Bon-Bon - a dark grey with fuschia contrast, Silver Mint - silver grey with black contrast piping, Parma Violet - a dark violet with light violet contrast. The current colours of SweetPea, Black Jack and Tomato will not be available as a Blossom/ Blossom Twin Pip2 converters.

If you have a Peach pushchair with chassis Batch Numbers from E13699/80 and serial numbers 000028273 onwards (date of manufacture 17/07/2011 onwards) your chassis will already be fitted with an extended basket frame. Your basket frame can also be easily checked and identified by looking at the tubing just in front of the curve on the rear of the basket frame. In between the curve of the frame and the rear basket attachment bracket there will be a small circular hole. If this hole is present you have an extended basket frame which enables the fitting of the Peach Blossom Pip2 system. If the hole is not present you have an original basket frame which enables the fitting of the current Peach Blossom Pip1 system only.

Unfortunately no. But you will be able to upgrade your current Peach in Black Jack, Tomato or SweetPea to a Blossom in the current colours as normal.

For those customers having an original Peach pushchair with Batch Number E13699/80 and serial numbers 000028273 onwards you will be able to upgrade to either a current Peach Blossom or Blossom Twin or to the next generation Peach Blossom 2 system without any further modification as your chassis is already fitted with an amended basket frame.

Unfortunately no. We do not plan to retail the main / upper Next Generation Peach seat units in the new colours separately from the main pushchairs at this time. This is to ensure management of stock and traceability of individual units. It also helps us to make sure that the release of the new Next Generation Peach is as simple, traceable and cost effective as possible.

The next generation Peach travel system will be available in 4 colours: Black Magic - solid black, Berry Bon-Bon - a dark grey with fuschia contrast, Silver Mint - silver grey with black contrast piping and Parma Violet - a dark violet with light violet contrast.

We have made the next generation Pip2 converter and adaptors easily recognisable by changing the colour of all the removal buttons from black to grey. Also the Pip2 bars themselves will look longer and will have different shaped lower "saddles" to locate on the basket frame.

Whilst you are able to use the Maxi Cosi Pebble as a single pushchair, when assembled as a Blossom tandem the Maxi Cosi Pebble car seats can only be fitted to the new next generation Peach Blossom 2/ Blossom Twin 2 converter. As the Pebble has a larger base than the Cabrio, only the new extended basket frame and Pip2 converter bars are suitable for the Pebble to be fitted in the lower position correctly.
The fit of the Maxi Cosi Cabrio is not affected.

No. The new next generation Peach Blossom 2 carrycots have been designed specifically for the new Blossom 2 Pip converters and cannot be fitted to the current / existing Peach Pip converter bars.

No. We have made sure that plans are in place to hold sufficient stocks to be able to service customers who own the current Peach, Peach Blossom and Peach Blossom Twin in respect of warranty claims or conversions. Warranty exchanges and replacements will be carried out as normal on a like for like basis.

No. As we have developed the new next generation Peach to be used as a complete system and as the new Pip converter bars have been amended to enable use of a new lower seat unit, these amendments do not permit the correct attachment of the current Blossom seat unit.

No. The new Peach Blossom 2 Pip converter bars, new lower seat and new Blossom 2 carrycot has been designed specifically for use with an extended basket frame only. To fit the new converter, lower seat, new Blossom carrycot or Pebble car seat to a current chassis with shorter basket frame can force the tubing on the basket frame out of position and can affect the latching mechanisms. In addition without the extended basket frame there may be additional entrapment hazards which are exposed by using these parts together. We have worked extremely hard to ensure that the new Next Generation Peach and its components have been specifically designed, trialled and safety tested to ensure compliance with European, American and Australian Standards.

No. We have also seen this on web forums and have received queries from our distribution partners, but fitting a Pebble to the current Peach Blossom chassis in a lower position can force the tubing on the basket frame out of position, can affect the car seat attachment latching mechanisms and can damage the basket itself. We do not recommend that the Pebble car seat is used in the lower position on the current Peach chassis for safety reasons.

No. As we have developed the new next generation Peach to be used as a complete system and as the new Pip converter bars have been amended to enable use of a new lower seat unit, these amendments do not permit the attachment of the current Blossom lower carrycot.

Note: A current lower Peach Blossom carrycot can be easily identified by yellow mouldings on the carrycot attachment arms. The new Next Generation Peach Blossom 2 carrycots do not feature colour coding on the attachment arms.

iCandy will be showing the new next generation Peach colours, Peach Blossom 2 and Peach Blossom Twin 2 to the trade late March, with an aim for a launch date to follow soon after.

Yes. It is exactly the same as when we introduced Peach 2. We have ensured that there are a number of options available for all of our existing customers. a For those customers having an original Peach 1 stroller with chassis Batch Numbers up to and including E13698/79 and up to & including serial numbers 000028272 you will be able to upgrade to either the Peach 2 or Peach 3 Blossom or Blossom Twin only with a modification to your current basket frame and fabric. This modification can be carried out by iCandy and will involve the fitting of a new extended basket frame and fabric. Whilst we no longer stock the Peach 1 original colour converter systems, there are some great colours available which allow you to personalise your Peach b For those customers having an original Peach 1 stroller with chassis Batch Numbers from E13699/80 and serial numbers 000028273 onwards (date of manufacture 17/07/2011 onwards) you will be able to upgrade to either the Peach 2 or Peach 3 Blossom or Blossom Twin systems without any further modification as your chassis is already fitted with an extended basket frame. Where's my serial number? The serial number for your Peach stroller will be on an adhesive label on the basket frame tubing beneath the basket fabric. The basket fabric can be removed by releasing the press studs to find the serial number. Alternatively the batch number is also fixed to the seat board of the main seat unit sold with the chassis.

No. Due to changes to the converter bars themselves, and an increase in width of the lower seat the current Peach Blossom lower car seat adaptors will not fit correctly. Although the adaptor will fit into the brackets, the distance will be too wide to fit the approved infant carrier car seats. The new lower adaptors are easily identified by grey release buttons.

Upgrade Peach 1 or Peach 2 to Peach 3

If you have a Peach stroller with chassis Batch Numbers from E13699/80 and serial numbers 000028273 onwards (date of manufacture 17/07/2011 onwards) your chassis will already be fitted with an extended basket frame. In addition the letter "B" will appear on the batch / serial number label.

In addition for identification the fitting of an extended basket frame is indicated by an additional "B" on the label following the batch number.

Yes you can. The Peach 2 chassis already feature the extended basket frame which can accommodate the new Peach 3 converter system. We have had to make one change to the lower Blossom 3 seat unit to enable fitting in our new rear facing lower position, but don't worry all Peach Blossom 2 seat units that have a batch number from E14039 onwards (manufacturing date will already feature this modification). If your Peach Blossom 2 seat unit features a square tab, similar to that on your main seat it will still fit on the Peach 3 lower rear converters, but not the front. However, conversion is very easy. New curved tab mouldings will be supplied with all front / rear converter sets which simply replace the 'square tab' (2 screws).
